Merritt Bostons can help with many questions you may have on training your Boston Terrier.

We have many years of experience helping Boston Terriers learn. Most Boston Terriers learn very

quickly. Boston Terriers like to learn new things. Our experience with Boston Terriers can help owners train their

Boston Terriers so that they behave just like a normal member of the family. A well trained Boston Terrier can be

a valuable asset to your home.

Boston Terriers make wonderful companions and can be very obedient. With proper training they can alert you or your

family when they hear someone near your home.  Boston Terriers are not aggressive to others. If a Boston

Terrier shows poor behavior, it usually is learned behavior. Simple training techniques can be used to help

your Boston Terrier perform in a completely predictable manner. Our breeding program involves selection of

Boston Terriers that have a temperament that is socially acceptable. We have developed a line of Boston Terriers

that do not make excessive noise, and do not have “hyper” personalities. These qualities provide a very good

set of traits that make training fun for you and your new Boston.

We believe positive reinforcement of good behavior is the fastest way to learn good behavior.
